  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your location to collect the package; please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the final inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
